3. How do I check if you have an item in stock?

Products Listed in our products section are always in stock. You can email us or call us on the (230) 286 0031 or (230) 286 0072 prior to making your purchase order.

4. Does ordering have hidden cost?

We have absolutely no hidden cost. You will receive a detailed bill when you make the payment.

5. Are you VAT Registered?

Faucon Products Ltd is VAT Registered since 1998.

6. Do the prices given by your Sales representatives include VAT?

All our prices are VAT inclusive.

7. Can I Change or Cancel my order? If so, How?

For cancellation or modification of orders we have a 24 hours’ notice. Please call our customer support directly, 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

8. Where do you deliver?

We'll deliver your order to any addresses within Mauritius using our flexible delivery service.

9. How much does it cost to have something delivered?

Delivery is free but subject to quantities. Contact us for details.

10. When will my order be delivered?

We deliver within 3 working days.

11. Can I specify a delivery date/time for my order?

We use a planned delivery service. Contact us and we will try to arrange.

12. When I order more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?

We always try to deliver all your items together to make things as easy as possible for you. However, sometimes items can be out of stock and as such some products might be delivered at different times.

13. Can delivery be rescheduled? How much does rescheduling cost?

Yes, delivery can be rescheduled freely with a 24 hour notice.

14. Can I order multiple items at the same time but have them delivered separately?

Yes but subject to our delivery planning.

15. Can I place an order and pick it up at the Faucon Products Ltd Office/Factory rather than having it delivered to my shop, supermarket or office?

Yes.

16. If I place an order and pick it up at the Faucon Products Ltd Office/Factory, is there a fee?

No.

17. Can I pay on delivery?

Yes but we take cash only. We do not accept cheque for 'on delivery' payment.

18. How late in the day can my order be delivered?

All our delivery are usually completed before 3h30 pm.

19. Do I need to be present when my order is delivered?

No. But someone must be present to collect the order.

20. Do you do Same-day delivery? How much it cost?

We do same day delivery free of charge but subject to delivery planning.

21. What happens if my product arrived and it was leaking, broken or damaged?

Please do check the items before taking the delivery. If items arrived damaged we will replace them.

22. Do you shipped products outside of Mauritius?

We ship outside of Mauritius. Please contact us for shipping quote

24. What is a QR Code?

A QR code (quick response code) is a type of 2D bar code that is used to provide easy access to information through a smartphone. Our QR code contains our complete contact info i.e. phone numbers, address, email amongst others that can be easily and quickly added to your smartphone’s contact list.

25. How do I scan the the QR code?

You can download any free QR code scanner from your smart phone app store.

27. How do I apply for a position at Faucon Products Ltd?

You can check our Career page for a list of vacant positions. If there is no vacancy, you can still email us your CV. CV Emails should be titled as follows: “attn: Faucon Products Ltd HR department – CV”.

28. How will I know that you've received my application?

We will consider all application sent to us by email or through the mail. If we think you've got what we're looking for, our Human Resources department will either email you or give you a ring.

29. How do I know if a position is still vacant?
